Job Description: Our Facility (part of Our Facility) is seeking to recruit a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join an existing multi-specialty group “Our Facility”, a 34 member group with 29 physicians and 5 mid-level providers. Bluffton, IN offers small town charm, located just south of Fort Wayne and within a short distance of Indianapolis.
8 Family Medicine physicians in the group.
Outpatient only setting, however, incoming physician may elect to practice traditional (inpatient/outpatient mix and follow own patients in ER, etc.)
Option to practice OB
C call expectation is 1:6. (practice – telephone)
Hospitalist coverage available for ER / inpatients!
Located less than 30 minutes from a larger tertiary care center (Our Facility of Fort Wayne)

Bluffton – on campus of hospital – this is the main office where most of the group members are housed

Ossian – 8 miles out (2 providers – 2 FPs)
