Job Description: Our Facility Sapulpa in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join the fast growing family of Our Facility Health System hospitals and clinics.

About the Position:
Join a team consisting of 2 other providers
Expected patient load of 18-20 per day average
EMR: EPIC
M-F 8am to 5pm.
Lab and X-ray onsite
